This fit our new room perfectly. The nightstands are beautiful and great for storage. The head and footboards match perfectly, yet when you have a comforter on your bed, they stand apart just enough from the nightstands to avoid it all looking too matchy-matchy. These are all great. That said: The dresser is a beast! I repeat: The dresser is a beast! It took us about 5 hours to assemble the dresser. Everything else came fairly assembled. However, the dresser came in what felt like 500 puzzle pieces. .. but it all looks pretty. 4 stars total -- I'd give it 5 if it weren't for the dresser assembly.. MICHELLE. We purchased this for our guest room and our extraordinary handyman put it together. He said “The most challenging piece is the armoire. But it’s real wood and will last.” Some reviewer have noted on the 500Ib weight limit for the bed. This too was a concern for me. Our handyman recommended that we add a sheet of wood on top of the slats in order to distribute the weight. This may help the wood from becoming warped over time.. Leah.
