Ease Of Use

Purchased this to add a bluetooth option for an older stereo receiver that is in my garage. Couldn't be happier with not only the number of input/ output options, but also the range the source can be away from the unit. I was able to have reception up to 25 yards away. I will be purchasing another for use at work.

Was looking for a way to hear TV in the adjoining room without having to turn TV volume way up and blow ear drums of people in room with TV . This works perfectly. Many times when no one is in TV room Bluetooth device will be on to provide sound for adjoining room and no sound turned on in TV room.

I used this to replace a cheaper device that had a very low line level when connected to a bluetooth receiver. This did indeed bring up the line level of that input, so I'm happy about that. Otherwise, it seems to work just fine. I had no issues getting it connected in TX mode and no issues with it staying connected. It does not seem to sound any better or worse than the one that I replaced.

It Works

Works well, easy to use as other Bluetooth devices. I wish the battery lasted a little longer. Would recommend.

Good device

Excellent range.  Works well once it pairs.  Wish there was an option to power it remotely and have it turn on and off with that remote power.  Unfortunately, you have to manually turn it off even if the device you are driving is turned off (such as an home theatre system or in your car).  Otherwise, works well.  It is smaller and lighter than I expected, which is a plus.

Overall - very pleased

Nice unit; looks and feels good.  I have mine plugged into a line out off my turntable amp.  Sound quality is good; I'm listening on my Bose QC35 headphones.  Range isn't anything special.  30 ft away with one wall between me and the transmitter and I get cut-outs and the unit is up high, away from anything.  So it's a solid transmitter for in the same room, OK if one room away and outside of that…forget it (at least in my house).

I use it to connect my tv to the receiver/amplifier  via the optical connection .  So only use the receive  function on this unit.   Wish the bluetooth connection can be done automatically without my interference  when turning the units on . Once connection is establish it works very good .

I used this to connect my Android TV to my stereo.  Worked great for a few months and then started to have drop-outs.  I originally thought that it was due to interference, but then the drop-outs became more frequent and started earlier, even though it is always plugged in.  I realized that the internal battery was failing which is causing the unit to fail.  Unfortunately, I realized this just after the warranty expired.  Doh!

As a bluetooth transmitter it works fine, with no noticeable delay when watching videos.  However, I specifically purchased this unit for the higher performance audio and the optical input, only to discover that the optical input can't decode Dolby Digital audio (only PCM).  While I don't need surround sound over bluetooth, I don't want to have to lower the audio standard for all the video programs I watch just to use this transmitter.
The lack of Dolby Digital decoding was not even mentioned in the specs.  I thought it was broken initially, and spent half a day testing with different optical sources until I finally switched from DD to PCM which fixed it.  Very disappointed and frustrating.

No Dolby Digital support, fine otherwise

After six months however, connection has become extremely intermittent. Sometimes it's fine for 20-30 minutes of music playback, but usually it is unable to maintain connection for an entire song. This is true for multiple devices that work fine with other bluetooth devices.

It will have skips and multiple 'buffers' even if the phone is sitting right next to it.

Worked fine for six months.
