this one came w/ the extension arm as so many others do not.  large head, good looking, could stand a touch more pressure, might be the old home i am in too.

Large, nice looking and easy install

So far so good. Relatively easy to instal - took a couple of tries to get it so it wouldn't drip at the connection.
Provides a nice shower and is easy to adjust while soaping.
All-in-all pleased with this purchase.

Received item with a crack in the arm. It also is low pressured might be good for some bit not for my husband and I. Besides that it has a nice finish to it.

shower head did not come with all the right material to put it on correctly

This is JUNK. Purchased 12/27/20 and installed 1/20/21. On 5/23/21, the shower head blew a seam on the head piece and sprays up and all over the bathroom. Not fixable. Absolute JUNK.
