Good little running belt. Well made. Cushioned against the body. Not massive but holds my key and iphone13. Enough room for a couple of gels as well. Does the job for me.

For day to day it is fine if you only carry the essentials, but if you are going to move a lot it ends up loosening.

I have already tried it in several running training sessions. It does not move. In my case I carry the mobile (IPhone 12 mini) and the house keys (in its separate space) Easy access thanks to the zipper. Easy to adjust the straps. Although it says that it cannot be washed, I clean it by passing it under the tap.

Good pouch, it can also hold a generously sized smartphone, such as the pixel 6 with case. unfortunately, however, the pocket for holding the keys is in the same compartment so it can interfere and damage the mobile phone. the adjustment at the waist is stable and does not cause discomfort, does not jump.
