what a surprise

Got these for DJ'ing (techno, house). They are great for that. However, I find their sound to be really good for just regular listening (movies, tv shows and music) so they are my daily drivers on my computer and for walking. Very smooth sound, you wouldn't think they could sound the way they do with such small drivers.

Good low end, punchy and balanced with the mids. Does extreme lows as well, sub-level. The highs sound almost as if you have a slight de-esser on them, but that helps with ear fatigue when using them for long periods of time. Excellent stereo imaging. Also great for traveling in general due to how lightweight they are. Very small footprint. Easy to drive as well (no headphone amp needed), plus they are totally modular. Can replace anything that goes bad on them, nice selling point. I have 2 pairs now! Highly recommended.

Primary headphones for 12 years

Still going strong and sound great. The foam headband is the only thing that's showing any sign of wear. Highly recommend.
