Love this layering piece
I love this layering piece. The coolmax lining is SO soft & comfortable. I wish it was perhaps just a hair bigger in the chest area but I could have also sized up one. Love it regardless!

Disappointed by Quality
Straight out of the box the piping was already coming undone. I’ve always been super pleased with SmartPak’s quality but this blanket is an exception. The blanket is very pretty but I hope this isn’t an indication of how it will hold up.

Love Love Love
I bought this blanket a month ago to use as my stable blanket/liner for switching out from a mid to heavy blanket depending on the constantly changing temperatures/wind here in pa. Keeps my horse comfortable while in at night without getting too warm. Made well...winter life saver!

Weak Seem Causes Tears Almost Immediately
First let me say that my horse loves this blanket and lays down to sleep a lot in it. however, The seam that runs close to where the belly straps attach is a weak point and both the original blanket and the replacement they sent to me (very quickly with no questions asked) ripped in less than a week. I want to love it, but I won't be buying again.

Breathable in a light weight is perfect
I moved to a new barn which is a bit colder than my previous one. I had a sheet and I had blankets in 220g and 300g weight. I needed something warmer than a sheet, but lighter than the 220g blanket. Being breathable was the feature that sold me on this one. It's relatively inexpensive, fits well and if the temperature gets a bit warmer than I anticipated, I'm happy that he will be comfortable in a stable blanket that breathes.

This is the best warranty
I ordered this blanket and it came with a small manufacturing defect (the lining wasn’t sewn into the trim so there was a small hole) and I called customer service. The color I bought was sold out, but the Smartpaker that helped me (i think it was Zach) got it replaced immediately. It was so easy. I love that Smartpak stands behind their products and their customer service agents are so friendly and helpful!
Anyways, this blanket is great, especially for clipped horses as it has a soft lining. It reminds me of my favorite sweatshirt and seems super comfy. I’m actually using it as an under layer underneath another blanket.

Love it!
I only use it for horse shows and the 81” fits my 17hh WB perfectly and looks wonderful on him, keeps him nice and cozy and is durable!! Just wish they would make more weights and matching neck covers to go along with them.

Love It!
I had been eying these stable blankets for a while as my mare is boarded at a facility in Northern Vermont that is not heated. She normally wears a therapeutic sheet that keeps her warm enough most nights, but for the nights below 10F, she needed something a little heavier. And while I love her SmartPak Ultimate turnouts, I wanted something a little more pliable while she was in her stall. I got my blanket on sale and I'm so glad I bought it! The material is SO nice for a stable blanket and the COOLMAX liner is awesome! Plus I love that the color matches her other SmartPak blankets. I bought the 100g version but am now thinking I might add the 220g to have on hand since this is such a nice blanket for inside and layering, plus you can't beat the warranty on a stable blanket! If you're considering this blanket, just get it - you will not be disappointed.
