Nice screams and sorbets
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Makes lovely sorbets and ice creams with good texture and without ice crystals forming. You can eat immediately after churning but I find it's still quite soft even with the ingredients pre-chilled overnight and churned for a little longer. I find it better to prepare a few hours in advance to allow some freezer time. I now don't buy ice cream and always have several varieties ready, I portion in silicone moulds and then vacuum seal.
Easy to wash but make sure it's perfectly dry after cleaning before replacing in the freezer, a lid would improve cold storage. Fits in my small freezer well but as is the nature of ice cream bowls it is quite space hungry but much better than having a another machine.
