I absolutely LOVE this refrigerator! I do wish it came with a book explaining all the features and how to utilize them. The only issue I’ve had is getting it to connect to the app on my phone. I replaced a 5 year old LG refrigerator that went out multiple times.

We really like this unit.
So far so good. One issue is that we had a spill on the bottom shelf above the crisper drawers and I can't find any information for this removal process. I was able to remove the shelf but getting the glass out is another thing altogether. Oh well. And FYI we replaced a previous Samsung that had the icemaker in the door that was always failing.

The Bespoke appearance with interchangeable color glass panels put this product in a completely new category. I’ve had Sib Z, Bosch in the past…I put the Bespoke ahead of all. The Bespoke should be on the top of your list when buying a new Refrigerator Not to mention it makes two types of ice.

Least expensive update to make for your kitchen

They are hard to keep clean. I love the 2nd drawer or flex drawer. It keeps me from having to open the main fridge. Pluse I have the Aqua/cream bespoke. It is beautiful and adds color. It updates my kitchen without all the expense. Haha

There is so much space and by having the ice making machine in the freezer, it opens up a lot of space, unlike most refrigerator designs. The water station is excellent, I use it almost daily. The middle drawer is great for cans and any other small items like cheese or small containers/tubs. Even with the ice maker in the freezer, there's still plenty of space inside the freezer. The ability to swap out the panels for different colors is also amazing. This is a purchase that you feel no regrets.

I was hesitant to get another Samsung refrigerator because I had a previous one that was the “lawsuit” one that caused me constant issues, but this one had such good reviews and a good warranty, I decided to try again. The unit itself has been designed to utilize all of the space and suits us perfectly. I have had the unit since Nov 23 and a few months down the road I have zero complaints. the drawers function smoothly, the doors open quietly. Plenty of storage and storage options to store vegs, dairy products etc. The beverage center is very useful and the filtered water pitcher is refilled automatically when you use it. The ice maker puts out 2 different types of ice to meet your need. A standard cube and then the sonic type ice for other types of beverages. The upkeep for prints is easy to clean and very difficult to see which is a benefit. Highly recommend the unit its simple yet elegant at the same time.
