Love to use in Rissoto and with musroom sauce. very strong flavour so only ever need to use one per dish.

I use this when making mushroom soup in my soup maker, really adds to the taste, PERFECT

Basis for a quick risotto
I wanted to use up some veg that had been lingering in my fridge - a small beetroot and a skinny parsnip- so made a quick risotto using one of these pots diluted with about 750 ml water as stock. It certainly gave the risotto a depth of flavour that's not always easy to get with vegan recipes and would definitely use again.
