Crafted by hand, this birdhouse makes a unique and delightful addition to your garden decor. Peruvian artisan Percy Rojas transforms a dried calabash gourd into a nesting shelter. The natural gourd is hand painted and decorated with colorful flora and fauna motifs. Hang it in your favorite tree in the garden or wherever you relax to watch the birds.

"Adds colorful interest (though no birds liked it this summer)"
The gourd adds some color to my green trees in the summer and is constructed well with good design. I put it out in the spring but no birds made it their home...it may just be the types of birds in my area. It stood up well to the seasons sun, wind, and rain so I look forward to hanging it again next year.

"I love my birdhouse!"
After buying three different birdhouses from Mr. Rojas, I decided to buy one for myself. I love mine and I know the three recipients that I gave the others to for birthdays are also cherished and hanging proudly in gardens. I love every style.

"Gourd birdhouse"
Birdhouse is beautifully hand-painted and well crafted. My only complaint is the shape of the gourd is not as pictured. I was not aware of the possibility that the shape of the gourd could be different from picture to actual product. All the pictures on the gourd are the same, and they are beautiful!

"Beautiful addition to outdoor space!"
Lightweight and colorful! Perfect for outdoor space. Think I ll put a coat of acrylic on it to be sure it weathers okay and maintains its vibrant colors.
