        Did a plyometric session in these and they were great. Very cushioned and the carbon plate in the shoe gives good feedback. Kept my foot stable and secured. Bounding felt great in these. I have not competed in them yet, so we will see. I'm usually a size 10.5 but ordered an 11 because they do run small. The 11 was fine for me so I wouldn't worry about ordering a size up.

        I normally wear a women's size 7 to 8, depending on the shoe. I first ordered these in M 6.5/W 8 and my toes were up against the front of the shoe. I then ordered M 7/W 8.5 and they are still a bit too short. I'll be ordering the M 7.5/W 9 to try next. So definitely go up a full size in these. Size aside, the shoes are very light-weight, which I was particularly looking for. The heel is just thick enough to handle the impact taken during the TJ. I am really looking forward to getting a size that truly fits so that I can wear them jumping.
