I use these 15w clear on my mailbox (street lamp) light, coach lights, porch lights and a couple of decorative lamps in the house.
I can’t buy the bulbs anywhere local. I actually live in dread and fear that they will stop making them because of them being environmentally unpopular. ;-(
The clear bulbs look so much better in the outside lanterns. The effect is “Kinkade” like, especially with the 15 watt.

Excellent! They are the perfect outdoor lights for my 3-car garage with three lights. Our "Arizona skies" are preferred to be as dark as possible to see the stars. So the 15 watt bulbs at my garage are just right!

Glad to have found 120 volt A15 15 watt bulbs in transparent version. Generally we find them especially in frosted version. They are perfect for ceiling fan lights. What disappoints me is that they don't light much brighter than the more popular 130 volt versions.
