| Troubleshooting |
| Problem: Fan does not turn on |
| If fan has pull chains, check that the fan is locked into "high" setting and the light is in "on" position |
| Check canopy module wiring |
| Problem: LEDs on the control are cycling |
| Check the canopy module wiring |
| Make sure the fan does not have a wireless remote |
| If being used in a multi-location application, make sure only one master dimmer has been installed. Companion dimmers, model MA-AFQ4, will need to be used in the remaining locations
