I only wish I would have purchased more. The lights are great! I used them on my large silk plants.

They are beautiful. You have to replace batteries often if you use the timer feature.

Completed the look of my patio. Love these lights and you can't see them during the day all over the tree. They are perfect. Wish they came in longer strands. I bought 3 to go up my tree.

This Gerson led battery operated string lights are "SUPER" and better than expected. Easy to use, and JUST A GREAT LIGHT ADDITION to my fireplace mantel.

Great lighting string, nice small lights with warm color! Have them hanging along a beam line between my living and dining rooms. Love the timer application as well, just wish they came with a longer lasting battery type than (3) AA's which seem to last just a couple of weeks with use every evening.

The lights are soft and pretty, and the timer works perfectly. However, if you use them as Christmas lights around your house, realize that the batteries only last about one week of 6 hours per day, even if you buy lithium batteries. That's maybe ok if you have one strand but not if you have put up multiple strands that you want to last for at least 2-3 weeks.

The warm white color is about as you'd imagine - a bit like the color of a lightbulb, more yellow than the cool white model but less yellow than the amber model.

This model has screws on the battery pack, which is a pain - I need a very small screwdriver each time I want to replace the batteries.

There is a 1' piece of wire separating the battery pack and the start of the LEDs. The remaining 20' of wire has the LEDs spread an even 4" apart.

Gerson's series of indoor LED micro miniature lights stands out from most battery operated LED light strings because the LEDs are flat on the surface of the wire, they do not stick out like many other brands. This makes them very easy to use to outline objects. I use them a lot for decorating my bike - it is easy to arrange it so the LEDs hug the frame or the edge of the bike wheel and outline the shape.

The LEDs themselves look great - quite bright, attractive. I prefer to keep them in 'steady on' mode. Phasing is quite nice, though, gently fading in and out. I have yet to find a use for the flashing mode.

The wire is a little flimsy - it breaks quite easily if pulled upon. This is easy enough to avoid once known, but I damaged a couple before I learned.

The timer has them auto-switch off after 6 hours and back on again after another 18, so you can leave them on 24-7 but they will only run for 1/4 of that time. Personally I would prefer to see them run for 12 hours at a time.

While branded as 'indoor' I have used them outdoors a fair bit. They've endured wind and light rain in the city on my bike. They've endured wind and dust when used to decorate my camp at burning man. I've not encountered any weather related issues yet.
