For outdoor event venues and restaurants, the Crown Verity CV-RCB-72RDP-SI50/100 Pro Series mobile gas grill features a stainless steel construction that withstands common wear from outdoor exposure. Its two 14-inch wheels enable users to transport the grill as needed and its total-locking casters secure it in place during operation. This 81-inch-wide by 28¹⁄₂-inch-deep structure can be pushed with its built-in handles on each end; bars above and beneath the knobs protect against accidental bumps and adjustments. For streamlined transportation, its rear tank holders accommodate LP gas tanks ranging from 50 to 100 pounds. Beneath the unit, an undershelf supports utensils, condiments, and dishware.

To cook a variety of foods simultaneously and evenly, the Crown Verity CV-RCB-72RDP-SI50/100 commercial mobile grill has a 15,000-BTU stainless steel burner implemented every 5.75 inches across the cook surface. This 70-inch-wide by 21-inch-deep cooking surface can heat up within five minutes to support spontaneous applications, and its 16-gauge stainless steel radiants are secured in place to ensure consistent results. Good for slow cooking and enhancing flavor, two built-in roll domes can be lowered onto the cooking surface. These domes also protect the grill from wind and rain when stored overnight or in harsh weather conditions. Integrated bun racks can be used to toast hot dog and hamburger buns prior to plating.
