For high-traffic establishments and events, the Crown Verity CV-PZ-48-CB Club Series pizza oven is powered by LP gas and includes two 30-pound horizontal propane tanks mounted on its bottom shelf. Its large, 47¹⁄₂-inch-wide by 16-inch-deep cooking surface is divided into 12-inch-wide cooking tiles with independent temperature controls so different pizzas or entrees can be baked simultaneously. The smooth, low-porosity volcanic cooking stone minimizes the risk of food sticking to its surface, and it absorbs and retains heat to minimize energy loss. While the piezo ignition mechanism eases startup, its advanced pilot system ensures the four burners remain lit during windy conditions. This unit combines radiant, direct, and convection heat to cook an 11-inch thin-crust pizza in less than 2 minutes.

The Crown Verity CV-PZ-48-CB outdoor pizza oven establishes a bold patio presence, measuring 70 inches wide by 28 inches deep by 53 inches high. Its 304 stainless steel unibody provides lasting strength and resistance to rust, corrosion, and wear throughout high-volume use. To ease repositioning and transport, its two 14-inch wheels and two total-lock casters ensure smooth mobility. An included crumb tray beneath the cooking stone and burners captures debris to ease cleaning between uses, and because it ships fully assembled on a skid, it's simple to set up and ready for use.
