To extend its service life in high-volume environments, the Crown Verity CV-PZ-24-TT outdoor pizza oven is made of durable, rust-resistant 304 stainless steel. For additional strength, it features a unibody design and is mounted on four sturdy, L-shaped legs. Powered by LP gas, it uses a Piezo ignition system and has a total output of 60,000 BTUs. This unit is equipped with a crumb tray below its two burners and cooking stone to facilitate thorough cleaning.
