Its rear fan and heater design circulate air evenly, providing uniform airflow and fast cooking, and its door and exterior are insulated for maximized heat retention. Its door is glass, enabling users to view product within as it cooks.

For resistance to rust and ease of cleaning, the Equipex FC-280V quarter-size countertop convection oven is made of durable stainless steel inside and out. It comes with 3 slotted stainless steel shelves and 1 drip pan to facilitate operation. Able to reach cooking temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit, this oven is suitable for preparing a variety of products. It features manual controls and has a timer that can be set as long as 120 minutes.
