The Manitowoc Ice IYF-0600W/D-570 Indigo NXT™ ice maker with bin has a 700-pound daily production capacity. Operators can program this amount based on operation hours or daily volume. It makes half-cube ice, which is perfect for most beverages; however, alcoholic drinks intended to be slowly sipped should not be used with half-cube ice since it melts quicker than full cubes. An acoustical probe measures the ice cubes to ensure they have a uniform thickness. The touchscreen display eases operation and provides alerts for employees.

The Manitowoc Ice IYF-0600W/D-570 ice machine with bin has a 532-pound storage capacity. Its bin interior is lined with polyurethane and insulated to slow ice melting. Grips in the door on the center, right, and left enable opening from any direction, and the stay-open design holds the door open when necessary.
