Resilient and simple to clean, the Vollrath PO6-22018 countertop pizza oven is made of stainless and aluminized steel. It features four independently controlled heat zones and six programmable menu options to create consistent results in fast-paced kitchens. Great for compact areas, this unit is stackable and doesn't require a ventilation hood. Overall, it measures 68 inches wide by 227⁄8 inches deep by 21 inches high.
The Vollrath PO6-22018 conveyor oven is a single-deck countertop model with an 18-inch-wide conveyor belt. The belt can be configured to move left to right or right to left depending on the kitchen's layout. To conserve energy during periods of downtime, this unit features a standby mode. It's furnished with adjustable legs to enable thorough cleaning of the surface beneath it, and this oven's wires are insulated to prevent dry rotting and cracking.
