Cecilware Pro SG2LF Description
The double grill Cecilware Pro SG2LF sandwich grill saves cooking time for medium- and high-traffic establishments with its high-heat technology and simultaneous cooking. Its two grills have flat surfaces that act like a griddle by cooking food thoroughly without leaving common panini press lines. This feature is ideal for foods that are not expected to have grill lines, such as burritos. Both grills contain secure lower grills and self-balanced upper grills for simultaneous cooking; this cooks food evenly and reduces risk of burning one side and undercooking another. Also, the double grill maximizes the amount of food kitchens cook, helping kitchens serve more customers at a time. The sandwich press' cast iron plates are a prime feature in ensuring the press stays hot. Establishing reseasoning cycles helps their nonstick surfaces decrease the amount of lingering residue.
Grease is trapped in a removable grease tray at the bottom of the Cecilware Pro SG2LF panini press; for maintenance, it should be taken out, rinsed, and cleaned. The press' stainless steel finish assists in preserving a clean, dent- and scratch-free surface. Its nonslip feet play a part in securing the press, so it does not slip or fall over easily when bumped.
