The Turbo Air PST-60-N sandwich and salad prep table offers temperature-controlled storage for various ingredients in a format that can be quickly and comfortably accessed during periods of high demand. By placing as many as 16 sixth-size pans full of prepped ingredients into the table's top opening, users can keep supplies for pizzas, salads, and sandwiches close at hand for fast and organized assembly. During periods when the lid is left open for use, the table's cold bunker system circulates air to keep the pans chilled without wasting excess energy.
Made of rust- and dent-resistant stainless steel, the Turbo Air PST-60-N refrigerated prep table has enhanced resilience during frequent use. Inside, the bottom is made of galvanized steel, while the doors have aluminum liners for lightweight, durable operation. For streamlined use, this unit has a digital control and display system that's externally located to facilitate monitoring.
