The BUNN ICB-DV platinum edition coffee brewer (53300.0101) brew, serve, and warm coffee, keeping it ready for service without it developing a burnt taste. It's suitable for commercial foodservice operations that receive a steady stream of customers rather than those that serve entire batches of coffee at once. Optimal for satellite serving stations such as kiosks and self-serve cafes, this unit can serve as many as (181) 8-ounce cups of coffee per hour. The brewer's automatic configuration is recommended for operations with water line access because it reduces operational labor.
Designed with an electronic funnel lock, the BUNN ICB-DV automatic tall coffee brewer prevents operators from removing the brew funnel until drip-through is finished. Overall, this unit measures 10.2 inches wide, 22.1 inches deep, and 35 inches high, brewing into 84- to 128-ounce airpots or 1- to 1.5-gallon ThermoFresh® servers, which are sold separately. The brewer is designed with a 4.3-inch color touchscreen, so operators can customize brewing options, recipes, and controls. This unit's SmartWAVE spray head provides uniform extraction while reducing limescale; users can upload or download recipes with the equipped USB programming.
