I had always wanted a stand mixer so my mother said to pick any one I wanted and she would buy it for my birthday gift. I read all the online reviews but mainly I read the user reviews. After much thought I decided on the Hamilton Beach instead of a KitchenAid. I am SO glad I did. This mixer works incredibly well. In addition it has a 3 year warranty as opposed to the other brands 1 year warranty. It not only does everything it claims to do but it is an attractive mixer that is very easy to clean. I am disabled so the easy cleaning is a big plus. The attachments slide on and off without much hand strength, the tilt back head is easy to do as well. The stainless steel mixing bowl is sturdy, locks into place and also cleans easily. It comes with everything you need, no extras to buy. I highly recommend this mixer for anyone who is looking for a stand mixer to sue for cooking and baking. If you want to make pasta, this is not the mixer for you, but if you are a baker get it!Read full review
