This conferencing speaker is brand new when I received it. It works as expected for about a week then it starts to have intermittent audio problem when making a phone call. After updating the latest firmware using Anker Soundcore App from my android phone now the bluetooth is completely dead, it can no longer connect to my phone.

Works flawlessly with my Android phone. When it's muted, the inner ring lights up red, which is great. The same ring lights up in the direction from which the microphone is picking up sound, which is also helpful. The buttons are spaced enough apart to prevent accidental drops. The speaker gets louder than needed. If I had to criticize one thing, it would be that it would be nice if there was more bass in the speaker sound. Otherwise, the sound is perfectly clear.
