This GPX audio package is a big improvement over earlier GPX models. The CD player built into the controller's top surface is much better. The lighted display is so easy to see and read. The 4 inch speakers are truly amazing in their frequency range. The equalization selection is well done -- very simple. The remote control works nicely. Televisision fed into the Auxiliary input sounds quite decent. The price is most acceptable for a compact audio package of this type.

Attractive appearance. For the price the sound is decent (a bit colored and not big but that is to be expected in this price range, size, and composition). Features are good and straight-forward to use. I would have kept it but the CD player skipped (mistracked) on every CD I tried and one CD I tried skipped and played with some distortion in the sound. That was a deal breaker.

I bought this sound system for my kitchen, prior to this I was using computer speakers. Needless to say this system has good sound quality, Crystal clear however not enough bass. It has an exquisite look to it, makes my kitchen more unique. Would highly recommend it for someone looking for more sound and less bass. OVERALL THUMBS UP!!

The sound is good, nice size to put on my night stand, but whichever CD I put on it'll skip in some places. Too much trouble to return. It's okay, but when I have more money I'll probably but a better one...maybe it's just mine that does it, but the stereo works great and goes loud, just the way I like it!
