First thing I made was Pistachio, Saffron, Cardamon, ice cream using the new ice cream maker attachment for this mixer. Perfect is the only way to describe the final results; and all so easy and fun to make. This now gives me (4) standard Kitchenaids and (1) tilt head Kitchenaid. Each one will be set up or used for different processes with 100+ dozen (8) recipes of Christmas cookies and (10) family heirloom coffee cakes.
