I expected some flimsy coat hanger type of rack. These are almost impossible to find in Canada, and are on never never back order. plan. The price once you figure in exchange is the same if not a little bit cheaper actually. This vendor is very competent and shipped quickly. Well boxed and I’m sure this will hold up for decades to come. The stainless steel design and fabrication is thick rolled steel, and is much better in my mind than the porcelain. Well done folks, and highly recommended. Remember to put tin foil on your ceramic plates before use to avoid staining and excess smoke.
