Nikon Z 5 Mirrorless Camera
The Nikon rumour mill had been on overdrive with reports of a new camera being announced on July 21. We can now proudly introduce you to the smallest and lightest addition to the Nikon, full-frame, mirrorless family, the Z 5.

With a 24.3MP full-frame sensor, an ISO range of 100-51200 (as seen in it’s bigger brother, the Z6) and 5-axis in-body image stabilisation, the Nikon Z5 packs a whole host of professional-level capabilities into one small, yet mighty, package.
Built with a magnesium-alloy body, the Z 5 is kept light yet durable and with a weather-sealed finish, you can be sure that your Z 5 will stand the test of time on all of your adventures.
Steady and Smooth Filming

Animal and Human Face Tracking
A 273 point AF system works alongside the camera’s face and eye detection to help you locate and track animal and human faces. Allowing you to keep your subject in sharp focus at all times, even when your subject is moving.
Dual card slots
A huge bonus feature that the Z 5 has over its rivals such as the Canon EOS RP is dual SD card slots. The card slots can take up to 2x UHS-II SD memory cards, meaning you can record your shots to both cards as a back up for that extra peace of mind when you’re out shooting or filming.
Ultra High Definition 4K Filming
Create cinematic masterpieces with the Z5’s 4K UHD filming. Record up to 30p in 4K (with 1.7x crop) with other options for full HD in smaller resolutions. Take breathtaking time-lapse movies in-camera and take stills whilst filming, so you don’t miss any of the action. Check your footage on the go with the 3.2inch touchscreen LCD. In-camera 5-axis image stabilisation provides steady and smooth filming.
Tilt, Touch, and Swipe
A 3.2inch 1040k-dot touchscreen allows you to control a multitude of functions at the touch or swipe of the screen. Scroll through your photos and zoom into your favourites like you would on your smart device. Tilt the high-resolution screen to enable you to capture stills and footage from more angles.
Fully Connected
Built-in WiFi and Bluetooth make sharing your photos and videos easy. Easily transfer your files to your smart device via the SnapBridge app and also use your device as a remote control for your camera - making those selfies even easier!
Ultra-sharp EVF
What you see is what you get with the Z5’s high-definition 3690k-dot Electronic Viewfinder (EVF). Change settings such as the ISO, exposure and white balance and see the results instantly through the super-sharp EVF.
Power Efficiently by USB-C
Thanks to a new EN-EL 15C battery, you can charge your Z5 via USB-C or power it directly for indoor shooting. Super handy for when you want to film for long periods of time. Lightweight and easy to handle, the Z 5 carries the classic Nikon ergonomics. Charge on the go so you never run out of power.
Classic Nikon Z Ergonomics
A smaller camera body doesn’t mean a more uncomfortable grip, the Z 5 comes with the traditional ergonomics that we’ve come to expect from the Z-series of mirrorless cameras.
