The Osprey Stratos 36 carries all you need for a long day out and even a light overnighter. Designed for a full day of adventure, this top loader features a large front zippered pocket, front panel access to the main compartment, a fixed top pocket with two zippered organization pockets and zippered pockets on the hipbelt.image

Bought this bag to replace a Stratos 34 because I needed more room in a small bag. I can comfortably pack for overnight trips for one adult and two kids. I love the bag and have no regrets. Great backpack, tough and sturdy.

I used this backpack on a three week trip through Cambodia and Vietnam. I was amazed how it held up as i continually crammed more and more junk in it. Towards the end i was waiting for it to explode from too much pressure. I didnt pace myself buying souvenirs and had to literally stand on the top of it to get it closed. it probably weighed 70 pounds when i went through customs....

I was looking for a pack to use walking the Camino. This one appealed to me because of the unique suspension between the waist belt and shoulder harness.
