Velcro is great, but size up

Got these for my fiance -- he said they pinch his feet (I ordered a size 12 and he's a 10.5/11 in regular footwear) but they're easy to take off when he's not on the wall. I told him that climbing shoes are usually snug, but he says he'd recommend going up at least 1.5 sizes from your typical show size.
