| One great ovenI use this oven all the time camping. It makes professional grade pizza and anything else that will fit into it. It takes a little getting used to but once you do you can produce home oven quality dishes anywhere. Camping I take my camp chef stove and pizza oven and people are amazed what you can dish up. The Italia Artisan pizza oven might be small, but it packs a punch. Thanks to its 17,000 BTU gas burner, this portable model needs only 15 minutes to reach its ideal cooking temperature of about 750 degrees Fahrenheit. The oven ceiling is insulated and double-layered to better retain heat, which you can monitor using the included thermometer on top of the oven.
