I think the Crescent Garden Planter box, self watering pots are fantastic, saves time and reduces the stress on the plants. I ordered 2 planters and added my plants. The watering containers hold more than 8 gallons of water and has the Blue Trudrop feature that lets you know when the plant needs watering. So here was the problem...the Blue Trudrop got dislodged and fell into the reservoir on one container and was loose and not working on the other. I tried to tape it, but that did not work. I contacted Customer service at Crescent garden.com on Sept 20th and received a response in 2 days from Sheliza. I told her about the Blue Trudrop that was loose and the one that fell into the reservoir. She immediately stated that they should not be loose. She gave me tips on how to make the Truedrop work and stated that she would replace them . True to her word, I received (2) Blue Trudrop indicators as a replacement. I am happy to find such excellent customer service and definitely will be purchasing others in the future.
