SEVEN SPEED GRADE

Brings the beaters up to the selected slow "1" speed, gradually adjust up speed to prevent ingredients from splashing. Obvious speed difference between 1-7 speed level.

✔1-2 Grade: Mixing original speed - used for dry mixed items such as flour, butter, potatoes.

✔3 Grade: Mixing original speed - in with liquid 's material, such as salad dressing etc.

✔4-5 Grade: Used mixing cake, cookies, simple bread dough material.

✔6 Grade: In cream, butter, sugar spend, free baked such as the candy, desserts snacks.

✔7 Grade: Used eggs sent, frosting , mashed potatoes, (milk fatty) gas-foaming with milk etc.


HOW TO USE?

1.Push the beaters into slots,slightly turning until locking into proper position.

2.Immerse the beaters into products mixture.

3.Plug the mixer into the wall socket.

4.When the desired consistency is reached, slide the speed control switch “0” position. Wait until the beaters stops and unplug mixer.

5.Press beaters release button and remove the beaters.

The cons are that slow speed really isn’t slow enough and to eject the beaters is not alway easy. Except for those two things I like this mixer. Small size equals less space it takes up. Love that it came with an egg separator and a nice set of measuring spoons.
