Product is cheaply made, I could not get the mount to stay at a certain angle. So I reached out to seller b 2 best and they gave Me “install tips” which were turning the pole to tighten head. I tried and the round piece that holds my projector just snapped and my projector fell, luckily I caught it. I reached back out to customer service and instead of them sending me a new one or offering any type of help they question me and ask to send pictures.(Update)... the company reached out to me and apologized for the situation and sent a new one to me within a couple of days, said that’s not what they stand for and aim to do better. They have been in constant communication trying to right their wrong. The mount seems to be holding up well, maybe the first one was just defective.

I rarely do reviews. This product is just not up to par. I know the price likely reflect quality, but expected at least something functional. It doesn’t allow for precise movements. If I can adjust to just where I want it, it won’t stay there. The screw actually snapped in my mount hole and projector fell on my floor. Some may get a higher quality product than this one based on reviews, but I would avoid at all costs.

This is a good mount. However I thought that it could have more sturdy. With the weight of the projector on it, it becomes difficult to tighten it down and make it stable. If you touch the projector, it moves it and you have to reset the picture. Once mounted and set, don't touch it.
