Very nice bamboo server. It looks nice and sturdy with a good pizza cutter. But I would not recommend this for a large, medium size pizza as it is small. Good for a small pizza or to serve with fruits and cheese.

Well, the size of this pizza paddle is kind of funny - we got it and it's smaller than we thought it would be - but the good news is that it actually fits in our "small" oven - so while we would like a larger size, we ended up with the size that fits - but we have a very small oven. Anyway, the pizza paddle is nice - the pizza cutter is awesome! If you're looking to make your own pizzas, this is a fine addition to the process - just make sure you check the size - both of your expectations and your oven!

This pizza set is a wonderful gift for anyone who loves DIY pizza. The pizza peel works great. It is sturdy without being heavy and a very smooth wood. It was easy to engrave with my laser engraver to personalize it. It bakes evenly and the pizza cutter also works well.

Hooray! For the longest time, pizza would buckle and fold while I tried to remove it from the oven using two extra large spatulas. If I cooked the pizza to be crisp enough to remove it whole from the oven, I would have pizza toppings on a brick. Our oven is not the best, and ranges from fifty degrees above or below what ever you set it to be. But enough about the yucky oven.

To get the dough out onto the pizza stone, I tossed a little coarse cornmeal (polenta) on the peel, put the pizza dough and toppings on the peel, opened the oven door, and gave the peel a little jerk. The cornmeal acted like little ball bearings, and the pizza rolled onto the stone (this required a fair amount of practice to get to just the right hand movement).

Removing the cooked pizza is far easier. Just slide the peel (no cornmeal this time) under your cooked and delicious looking pizza, and when it on the peel, lift it up and out of the oven. The peel is thin enough to slide nicely under the pizza, and the bamboo it's made of is sturdy enough to hold the heaviest deep dish pizza.

It has saved me from any number of burns, because I was using the two spatulas in an oven heated to 550 degrees, even the slightest wrong movement resulted in days of pain and a scar on my hand. The peel prevents all of that, and I haven't been burnt since I got it. Well worth the money.

Oh yes, it comes with a pizza cutter, which is a good quality. I thought it would be a piece of junk, since it was a "free bonus" that came with the peel, but it really works well.

This is a beautiful real wood pizza peel that comes with a pizza cutter accessory, also made with the same wood. The wood has a beautiful, natural looking finish to it and is smooth on both sides, no splinters at all. It has a nice weight to it, but it's not heavy and feels easy to maneuver with a pizza on top. We don't make pizzas from scratch, but we do eat frozen from time to time, so I needed something to place my pizza on while I cut into it. We use a pizza crisper in the oven, and that one is nonstick, so I've never cut into pizzas on the crisper so as not to scratch the nonstick finish. The slanted edges on this peel make it really easy for me to transfer the pizza from the crisper onto the peel without burning myself or anything like that. The peel is thick enough so that the heat from the pizza doesn't transfer through to our island countertop. I will say that this peel is on the smaller side, so I don't think large or family size pizzas will fit. However, regular size frozen pizzas from well-known brands did fit fine. In addition, it was very easy to clean. I wash mine by hand and the sauce and oils left behind from the pizza easily come out with a regular sponge and dish soap. Definitely recommend this peel, if you make any kind of pizzas in your oven.

My boyfriend recently purchased an Ooni Koda pizza oven which is amazing and we’ve been making delicious, thin wood fire style pizza at home. Along with the oven, we purchased one of their pizza peels. Through the trial and error of learning pizza making, we burned up the edge of the expensive wood pizza peel. Apparently you need a wood pizza peel for launching the pizza but you should use an aluminum pizza peel to get the pizza out. This sounds crazy to me, but that’s what he says. When this pizza peel came, I was very happy with how it looked and felt, more so than the more expensive one we bought initially. Additionally, we love the pizza cutter that came with this peel. It’s very sharp and very cute. All in all we are very happy with this product.
