A Modest Advice:

♨ For smoking meat it is recommended to be in the 220 degrees range.
♨ Open with tongs when the smoker box temperature is too high to add more wood chips.
♨ Dry wood chips are best. Wet wood chips take longer time to produce smoke in these smoker boxes.
