I love Samsung products, but this laptop I have to give a thumbs down.
I opened the box and first thing I noticed were grey spots on the top of the laptop I don't know what they were or or if they would wipe off,
It seemed to charge up fast but the track pad was very cheap feeling and I wondered how long it would be before it didn't work anymore.

The company they sent it fast but I'm sorry to say the product itself does not live up to the Samsung name.
