The Deroos 14L soft cooler is exceptionally well-made. Completely leakproof, waterproof and airtight. Excellent self-sealing zipper. Instructions for proper use and zipper maintenance are included. Zipper grease and padded shoulder strap are also included.
TIP: The self-sealing (aka airtight) zipper is meant to be tight fitting and require a LITTLE bit of effort to open and close, which is why it comes with a connected rubber pull tab. The zipper MUST be lubricated to keep it working smoothly. We put a tiny amount of zipper grease (NOT wax) on the front and back of the ANCHOR End (see last photo) before we leave on each camping trip and when we return home.
The cooler was sent in the original factory sealed THICK cardboard shipping carton. It arrived in perfect condition. I give 5 stars to the Seller for prompt shipping, excellent packaging, and easy tracking with FedEx.
The 14L cooler is the perfect size to place between the seats in our MB Sprinter motorhome. We can pack 6 Coors stubby bottles, 3 small Tjava bottles, 3 small Pelligrino bottles, 2 Limonata cans, and a small bottle of OJ. Freeze packs can be on bottom, sides, or top.
TIP: The maximum height of any item cannot exceed 7-3/4 inches, otherwise, the lid will not close properly. Items can be laid on their sides if needed.
The 14L cooler is a great solution for freeing up some of our RV refrigerator space. It holds enough drinks for 2 people on a 3-day camping trip and our drinks remain cold the entire time.
I never thought we would find a multi-day, thick insulated, waterproof, airtight soft cooler for under $50.00. So glad I was proved wrong!
