Chicken Legs Recipe:

Make Seasoning: mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt and pepper (or spices of your choice).
Prepare Chicken: Rub seasoning into drumsticks, sprinkle with olive or avocado oil, cover and set in the fridge for a couple of hours (chicken tastes better the longer it marinates. If you have time, leave it over night.
Grill, Bake or Smoke. TIP: if the drumsticks are too small, they will shrink even more during cooking, To prevent small pieces from falling out, you can use toothpicks. The rack is perfect for medium too large size legs/wings.

This product is amazing! Today was the first use and the chicken and veggies were great. I lined the tray with foil for easy clean up too. I had Brussels sprouts, fresh green beans, a red onion cut in chunks, mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes. I covered the veggies with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, plus spices, they were amazing. This is indirect cooking, so it takes awhile. Patience, it’s worth it. I let the veggies cook a little longer to ensure no raw chicken was on them. Cleanup was very easy too because of the foil. Great product!

Used large chicken legs, floured and sprayed with oil. Put them in the oven, when I opened the oven to check on them, I found they had all fell off the rack, but not on the tray, but on the bottom of the oven. Tried using toothpicks, that didn’t work either. Very disappointed.
