LOVE LOVE LOVE this coat, it is so flattering for a “maternity” coat (I will definitely be wearing this after baby comes too). Very well made (lined, thick, and warm). Don’t even question, just do yourself a favor and buy it if you’re showing in the winter.
This was exactly what I needed to get me through a frigid NY winter and will fit me up until I deliver. I love that it doesn’t have the weird/less warm middle extender piece so many coats use to accommodate a growing better, but instead is just one piece. The reason I give 4 and not 5 stars is that I wish the fur lining on the hood looked a bit less cheap and I wish there was a side zipper or way to adjust the size if you’re growing into the coat as i did. Overall, it was a lifesaver and was half the price of the coat I would’ve gotten otherwise.
the coat came way earlier than expected and it was right on time for cold weather. It is warm, made well, great quality. Let’s talk size, so the seller says go by your bra size. I couldn’t do that, I am DD40 and barely 5” tall. If I would have gone by their size chart I would need an extra large and I’m sure the sleeves and everything else about the coat would have been too big. I went with a medium. The chest area is a bit snug ( I am in my 3rd trimester) but it zips up and everything else fits great! The sleeves and length fit just right. The dark navy color is beautiful and very classy looking. I absolutely love this coat. Not to mention this brand is sold in Nordstrom for way over $200.
