This is the second unit that I received the first one was broken. This one was an open package and parts had come off and were in the package. Very poor boxing! Looks like someone got this box cut open the package and it must have been the wrong one and this company just put it in the same box and package and sent it to us. Lucky for us I have mechanical ability and was able to piece it all together. Even though I got it to work I will not be ordering from this company again. Yes they replaced things but the packages have already been opened and like I said pieces fell off. The print quality is okay. The problem it is not worth the headache to keep changing out the product.
