It comes with multiple choices of ear cups so these seal in your ear well for the most noise isolation and least water intrusion. With these inserted firmly in my ear they definitely did a good job of reducing noise and keeping water out of my ears. IMPORTANT: If you use these for an extended period of time or use these while submerged, I would periodically remove these and drain the water out of ears to prevent an ear infection/swimmers ear.
I must say these are excellent. These stay in my ear even while going 60+ miles per hour on my jet ski. They sound great too and have decent bass. I also did not experience any connectivity issues. I used these on my jet-ski with my phone buried in a waterproof box in the front storage compartment, and the Bluetooth signal never cut out or dropped out even while bouncing around on the waves (although it was only about 6 feet away).
I also used these on a phone call, the audio was crisp clear and loud, and the person on the other end had no trouble hearing me at all, despite being wet.
These are definitely worth the money and they seem to be the only true waterproof earbuds (many others are just water resistant, and will fail when completely submerged).

Anyways, I wished the cables between the actual earpiece and plastic housings for the battery/circuitry was longer. It would've looked and felt a little better if the plastic capsule parts rested on the shoulders, and not dangling over and weighing the earpiece down.
And it'd be nice if it the silicon earbuds were just a little tiny bit looser, to make it easier to take them off to clean.
Overall, it felt comfortable, the sound quality was good, and it was doing well.
---------
Unfortunately, after 6 months the plastic housing melted where the USB plugged the last time I charged it.
There was no fire, smoke, or smell. It just melted somehow, so I had to throw them away.
I recently got an Apple Watch with cell service. The idea was to use it in the surf to be able to get emergency texts and calls. So far it has fit the bill. My friend suggested getting waterproof Bluetooth earphones to go along with it.
So for my use case the plugs should be:
1) low profile.
2) able to stay on in turbulent water
3) able to stay connected
4) work with an Apple Watch on my wrist
While it is rather kooky to bring headphones into the lineup , I surf alone a lot during the week and I already wear earplugs. A low profile set of headphones might not be too offensive under these circumstances I reasoned. So I chose these headphones. They look nearly the same as my earplugs. I do wish the cable between the plug and the Bluetooth boxes was longer so I could tuck them into the neck of my wetsuit. This would help me feel that they’re more secure and also be lower profile.
Paddling out with them was also an adventure. I had music on and every time my watch wrist went underwater the song skipped. Understandable given the nature of Bluetooth underwater. Just fyi. Also when I at sitting on the board you’d have to keep your wrist out of the water to avoid loss of signal. It’s pretty natural for your wrist to fall a few inches underwater under these conditions. These things aren’t really a design fault of the product, but really just how it doesn’t work for my specific activity.
So I paddle out, song going quiet with each time my left wrist goes underwater. Ok just the nature of the beast. I then needed to duck dive a wave with some turbulent water. One of the pods popped out. Now this will happen with earplugs. I usually don’t worry about it with ear plugs because the connecting cord is long enough and tucked into my wetsuit so they don’t go far. But these h20s have such a short cord that this was not an option. I nearly lost them.
I was able to get a wave while putting up with the skips in sound while paddling for it and for one shining moment I had my own punk rock soundtrack while surfing. But then I had to duck dive a wave and was under water for long enough to lose connection entirely. Going through the paces of reestablishing a connection just isn’t feasible in the water.
I have noticed that h20 audio makes a watch housing to be strapped to a swim cap. I don’t think this would work for me. First it’s not low enough profile. I thought through if the watch could possibly be anywhere else but I like being able to see and use the watch on my wrist while keeping it hidden under my wetsuit sleeve (low profile). The only potential solution I can think of might be to have a ver long cord that could snake down my arm so that the Bluetooth receiver could sit next to my watch. Maybe a snap on attachment to the watch face? (But without a protective face - it’s hard enough to use the touch screen with wet fingers, protective faces make it impossible)
So while these don’t work for my use case I think they’re an otherwise fine product. I may be able to use them for paddle boarding. Also maybe there is a possibility that there is still a solution with the suggestions above.
