Solved a big problem.
I purchased 2 of these cell phone lockers and mounted them in a visible location in the employee break room. Employees who consistently violate our very reasonable policy are now required to keep their phones in the locker except when they are in the break room on a scheduled break. This has solved a big problem while not punishing the vast majority of employees who are responsible. Based on my searches, this is a fairly unique locker and ideal for my needs. It is well constructed and looks good. These are not cheap, but I am happy with my purchase and recommend the product.
