    Ordered this computer for my business. Vendor failed to meet the shipping date; new date set. Missed the new shipping date; third date set. Computer arrives but it cannot connect to wi-fi. Spent an hour troubleshooting with no success. Called Lenovo technical support at a cost of $70. After another hour of troubleshooting the technician determined that the computer was defective. Returned it and got refund five days after it was received. Vendor provided a $40 gift card if I order from them again.

    Would be a nice computer if it worked, but the unit I received was defective: neither the internal nor the removable battery would charge (after leaving the computer plugged-in overnight with the AC power adapter plugged in, the computer wouldn't even turn on with the AC power adaptor unplugged.

    Also, this computer has the worst coil whine I've ever heard in over 20 years of using laptops.
