This is one schnazzy swim shirt. It is comfortable enough to want to wear it frequently, and it makes you look in even better shape than you are.
I love the fact that it is long enough to hold itself in place (no riding up), and it's nearly as comfortable as skin. I haven't checked to see if it's really SPF50 (I'd have to wear it for 50 hours in the sun, then compare it to a 1 hour sunburn), but it does seem like it'd be hard to sunburn through.
It's not good for fighting fires, so don't try wearing it into burning buildings. It's probably too thin to wear as arctic protection (either in, or out of the water), and it won't protect you from gamma or cosmic radiation. It will, however, protect you from box jelly stings (but not yellow-jackets or angry bees), and if you're in good shape, might help pick up women at the beach.
I like mine and plan to wear it until the seams wear out.
