I purchased this product for a young client as a means to provide pre-recorded coping skill. The frame was attractive and easy to use. While the cover is plastic, it was still prefect for viewing the picture as well as for safety purposes for a younger child. This is an excellent gift for kids whose parents travel, are on deployment, need a story read when parents are away etc. I was pleasantly surprised and would recommend this especially for children.

So, this picture frame does exactly what it's supposed to and looks sleek. Easy to use, both for recording and playback. However, one big drawback is that there's a loud beep when it first starts recording. I can't get any of my son's cute babbling recorded because as soon as he hears the beep, he stops and stares at the frame. I wish it didn't do that. The beep's not necessary, as an LED light goes on while you're recording.

I was surprised at how nice it sounded. I had already planned to glue small photos and charms arund the edges of the frame and I am glad. It's just flat black cheap (cheaper than Dollar Store) frame, but I wasn't paying for the frame, I was paying for the audio. overall happy with my purchase
