This is an incredible value. Very clean out of the box. The case had some minor scuffs on it, but that is expected with a refurbished, and none of them are very noticeable. Very spacious on the inside, with plenty of room for expansion. I got this as a replacement for my gaming laptop that died. My computer also came with a 2 Terabyte hard drive, 8GB RAM. It also has windows 10 pro preinstalled. The desktop is quite good for many programs that I have installed. Great, great value for the price. If you're in need of a computer that'll last you for 5ish more years, go out and pick one of these up.

Ran into so many problems right off the bat

First of all, I spent a good 30 minutes trying to troubleshoot the issue of connecting this PC to my monitor. I tried both monitors I own, and was not receiving a monitor output from the PC. It turns out the issue was as simple as pulling out the RAM units and blowing them off (slightly dusty), but it was still frustrating to run into this problem right off the bat.

My second immediate issue was the "Windows" scratch-off sticker over the product key to run Windows (located on top of the hardrive). I don't know if this sticker was placed by the original manufacturer or the refurbisher, but either way, the part of the key that was the printed under that sticker became scratched beyond legibility when I tried removing the sticker. I then had to decide how to go about obtaining that key code. I ultimately packed the PC up and set to return it before I figured out that issue, based off my third (and biggest) problem.

The computer booted up fine and initial set-up was smooth.... for about 20 minutes. Suddenly, without being promoted, the computer shut off, and made a strange (I want to say "struggling") sound when it booted back up. My monitor displayed an error in boot-up, so I restarted and and got it back to the Windows menu. 2 minutes later, it shuts off and makes the same sound booting up again. Then another error screen.

At that point I decided I had had enough. The particular unit I received was a poor excuse for a quality refurbished product.
