Closet and shoe rack. VS. Tv and dresser.
I love this system, it allowed me to be a lil creative. And get more usage out of what i call dead space with just a tv and dresser on the wall. I went the the option of 4' rails instead of the 8' rail for better location.Now i have a nice amout of closet and shoe space. Tv is mounted to a 40" extended mount. I hope my pics give you some ideas good luck. PS i used torq glossy black screws to give some accentRydo in Philadelphia Pa,

We bought the double rail to install two 30" x 48" shutters my father in law made. The rail is perfect, was very inexpensive compared to big box stores. It looks great and it didn't take long for it to be installed.
We decided to add a 1" x 6" board to wall first and then attach the rail. Didn't need for anything other than the fact I think it looks better. Caution, the part that attaches to your door (on the pulley like hanger) is about 2 inches wide but the pulley/roller is more like three inches, so you need to make sure the design of your door/shutter allows for that so your doors/shutters will completely come together when closed. In spite of reading this warning in another review, we messed up and had to add that extra piece of wood you see under the hangers in the middle. Still turned out fine and I love my new shutters. Goal is to try and cut down on heat in office during AZ summers.
