Setting Up Your Custom OrderMove through an easy, step by step process of customizing your order once you select the "Customize Now" button in the top right corner of the page. We transfer your exact information into our system to ensure that there is no change from what you order. We do not make any changes or corrections to your requests. Please enter exactly what you would like engraved as shown in the preview feature. |
Engraving Your OrderOnce we are ready to process your order, we select the pen you requested from our shelves. Next, we copy over your request, align your pen on the tray of our machine, and begin the marking process. In less than a minute, your pen is engraved perfectly. Engraving is not like any other decoration, it is a permanent personalization that will never wear off or fade. |
Finishing Your OrderAfter we complete the engraving process, we hand polish the pen and place it in a quality gift box. From there is goes to our packing station where it is packed and prepared for shipment by the method of your choosing. Finally, your order is mailed and on its way home to you. |
